Yara Electronics reserves the right to accept or cancel orders for any reason. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Yara Electronics and accept Yara Electronics's decision regarding the cancellation. Yara Electronics also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:
1. Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
2. Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.
3. Non-availability of product orders.
4. Any other reasons beyond reasonable control of Yara Electronics.
Yara Electronics may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Yara Electronics will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If Customer’s order is cancelled after Customer’s has been charged, the said amount will be returned back/refunded to the same account of Customer. The amount shall reflect in the Customer's account as per its banker’s policies.
